Is Your Website Developer Really a Website Developer?

The internet gold rush is seemingly unending.  Everyone is asking themselves – how can I sell online?

Invariably they look for a website developer to help them create their website that will help them setup their online business.

But a word of warning: web design is an unregulated industry.  Anyone can launch a website advertising web design services, whether they have any real skills or not.  You might think they’re working on the project you’ve hired them to do, but actually they’re just outsourcing it to another company.  In other words, you have no control over the project and you’re really in a precarious situation.  Always make sure the developer you hire IS a developer.
