What Are Good Triathlon Times?
I hear this question almost every single day of the week. Beginners always want to know what they should shoot for when it comes to triathlon times during their first race. The answer I give them is always the same. Concentrate on your training and work on your technique and don’t worry about the time. If a person focuses on gaining strength, endurance and technique then the time will just come naturally. Knowing what other people do isn’t going to help them be any faster. It just puts another obstacle in their way. It would be better for them to race against themselves and just try to improve.
