My masters degree

I am halfway through with my masters degree in molecular biology. It’s been a lot of tough work but I’m making progress. I’m getting to the point where it’s time to start my thesis which will probably be the toughest part of all. One thing that’s made easier though is I taken a number of my classes online. It’s amazing how much time you spent driving back and forth to campus when you’re taking a normally in-person class. The online classes are really the only way I’ve been able to do this. It takes me 45 minutes to get to campus. For a class that meets three times a week that’s an extra for a half hours I can spend studying if I take it online. That doesn’t include the gas costs. I kind of wish that the entire degree was offered online. Of course there’s the social aspect, and that it’s been good to get to know the other students and the teachers. I don’t think I’d have that luxury if everything was done online. Still I’ve been very impressed. Distance education has come a long ways from the old correspondence days and they would send you a study guide and a textbook and wish you good luck.
