Irresponsible Family Members

My niece is currently traveling through Europe. When she first mentioned her plans, I knew there were going to be problems. My niece is very irresponsible and can’t take care of herself here in America much less in another country. Sure enough, last night I got a phone call. My niece claims someone stole her purse with everything in it. Now she wants me to do a money transfer. First of all, this would fall under the category of international payments so the transfer fees alone are going to be high plus she wants me to send her $1000. That’s too much. I knew this trip was trouble and I’ve been proven right.
