We have that kind in the country
I live way back a long lane in the country. I love it here, I rent a small ranch home and pay a very low rent. The landlord just wants to pay the mortgage and not rip anyone off and make their lives worse in this horrible economy. So the landlord installed one of the new propane water heaters for me too since the old one went bad. I suspect it is the slightly hard water we have, and also it smells now like rotten eggs when hot out of the faucet, yet cold is fine. She says it means the heater is going bad but it heats fine so I think she is mistaken.
