When Were Rainwater Tanks First Available on the Market?
I was just reading a magazine article about rainwater tanks. It seems that using these has gotten more and more popular over the past couple of years. I was wondering exactly who came up with the idea of placing a huge tank in your yard or on your deck to catch rainwater? I can remember these being on the market around 5 years ago, but have never known exactly when they became available. I would love to find out more about this to see if we might possibly be able to make our own tanks instead of paying the high cost of purchasing a few.
