What Vitamins Help Prevent Enlargement of the Prostate?
I have been searching for vitamin supplements for my husband to take. I am especially interested in finding a supplement that is recommended for prevention of enlargement of the prostate. Prostate cancer is a dominate illness in his family and several of his uncles and cousins suffer from this. I have already gotten him an appointment to start having yearly prostate exams, but would also like to find vitamins that promote good prostate health. I feel like it would definitely make a differenc if we start early in trying to prevent him from ever having any of the health issues that so many men in his family have dealt with.
