Be Explosive
Lets look at some real life movements that you use in your recreational physical activities. Things like jumprope, running, baseball, And thowing all require speed and some amount of explosive movement. This also applies when you are training with weights in the gym. When a boxer throws a punch it is really not in a slow controled fashion is it? Thats because in order to be effective the movement had to be expolsive. Like when you are ab training. A more explosive movement will produce better results when it comes to muscel growth. It can still be held under control, just dont make the movement into a slow one.
