Co-Worker Using Accelerate Advantage to Help Him Train for Marathon
12 November 2009
Yesterday I noticed the guy in the cubicle next to me using some type of inhaler. That was surprising because he seems very healthy and I know he runs regularly. I asked him if he had asthma or some other problem with his lungs and he told me no. He said the inhaler was called the Accelerate Advantage. How does the Accelerate Advantage Work? It uses a combination of aspiratory muscle training and magnetically enhanced oxygen inhalation. By using the apparatus every thirty minutes during the day, he said his peak performance output has increased by 13.8%. This is very important to him because he is training to run in his first marathon.
