Good Posture

I have been taking yoga classes this past two weeks and I have seen so many improvements in my body. I think my muscles are more toned than before and I have felt that I have great resistance against diseases. I think my health really improved a lot and my habits in my diet have increased for the better. I really recommend this with my community group, black and white dating, because they really need to have good posture as one of my friends asked me if we can have a group exercise for that reason. I guess if it is fine with everyone, we can just workout a schedule to do this.
