Analysis On “Dan Senor: Why Obama Is Losing the Jewish Vote”

20 March 2012

This is great news! I am so happy that the jewish community has finally come to their senses! I was very disappointed in the 2008 election! We tried to warn you about Obama in 2008. I guess it took Obama’s lack of support for Israel to turn it around but not Obama’s questionable record (pre-election) and left leaning policies here in the states? Kinda sad but there may be a lesson here. Anyway, water under the bridge, and moving on to 2012 tax refund calculator. Welcome and let’s keep up the momentum for the election of 2012: Americans for America! Mazel tov!

Some Thoughts On “David Willey, Editor in Chief of Runner’s World, on Training for Marathons and Triathlons”

17 March 2012

Mr. Snyder, most runners don’t end up having such problems, just as most cyclists don’t end up with testicular problems, but those examples unnecessarily scare the newbies away.

I’m 52 and dog training advice for two 100 mile runs later this year. More than 20 years ago, after having my knee scoped by an orthopedic surgeon, I was told I should never run again (I had just started running about six months before). That was about 40 marathons and more than 60 ultras ago. I have friends in their 70s who still do this. I will agree that in the battle between concrete and cartilage, concrete will win every time. That explains the explosion in trail running in the past decade.

best regards.

My Take On “Police Hunt Down Escaped Wild Animals From Zanesville, Ohio, Preserve”

13 March 2012

Are you an idiot? (Rhetorical Question)

These weren’t house cats and dogs, these were advice animals that would rip your fool head off and devour the rest of you. Your average police department armory isn’t stocked with tranquilizer darts. If they were lucky enough to get a solid hit with a dart, the animal just doesn’t fall down and go to sleep like you see in the movies. The animal is going to be pretty darned mad, and will take it out on you.

Perhaps it’s time for you to go commune with nature, find a cuddly grizzly bear, and show off your superior wild animal confrontation skills.

Criticism On “Review & Outlook: The Coming Postal Bailout”

10 March 2012

Please do a little research. Your unfamiliarity with USPS compensation and benefits advice is so glaring it is embarrassing. USPS’ pension programs are fully prefunded (at no cost to the taxpayer). Its retiree health benefits are paid at no cost to the taxpayer. USPS’ various pension and retiree health benefits funds currently hold over $300 billion in Treasury securities, which the Treasury issues in return for deposits made into those Treasury accounts. USPS currently owes the Treasury around $13 billion, nearly 100% of which it borrowed to purchase more Treasury securities as required by statute. USPS is an enormous cash cow for the government, just as the internet is an enormous source of information. You would look less foolish if you learned how to use it.

The Cash Advance Is A Solution

07 March 2012

It does not matter how much time or energy you need to spend in order to find the perfect answer to your problems. It is said that each problem has at least two solutions, so all you need to do is to identify the right one. Even the money problems have some solutions that most of the times are close at hand. A Cash Advance could be one of them. If you have not yet thought of any other solution, then asking for money from a loan lender company is definitely the next step to take. It is an efficient solution.

A Response To “Should I Pay Off the Mortgage?”

07 March 2012

John S, with all due respect it is not risk-free, regardless of your basis. you dont have to be underwater today, but by paying off the mortgage today, you are taking on ALL of the risk of future property declines. every nickel. Why do that? the beauty advice of the mortgage is you have ALL of the upside and limited downside — and at sub-5% costs if you refi. paying off the mortgage is absolutely the dumbest thing to do today — even if they did not refi, a 6.5% rate is peanuts over the long term for money — even before the tax bennies. If you had so much money, it did not matter, then sure why not pay yourself a 6.5% return but dont kid yourself, it is not risk-free. and in that case, would they really have written in with such a question?

My Take On “Nigerian Suspect, Father Travel Diverging Paths”

04 March 2012

I always wonder why Muslims do not question why Allah needs impressionable young men to sacrifice themselves dating advice for men his cause.. To an outsider like myself, Allah is not only seems impotent, but his value system seems to be badly flawed as well. What kind of a god is Allah, that he is unable to do wonders? Like solve the problems of his followers? Why are they the mostly poor, illeterate and violent? I wonder why there is no discussion on the type of deity who looks to be served by those willing to loot, rape and pillage in his name?
