Since our company is starting to branch out nationwide, we needed to know where the majority of our customers were calling from. We decided that we were going to try something new, and we signed up for a Call Tracking service. Depending on which number is called, we know where they are calling from, and which product it is that they are interested in. This has allowed us to put more effort into products and services that people are responding favorably to, and our profits have soared so far this quarter.
