Warning – wear a Swat Team Costume At Your Peril

Here is a cautionary tale I heard from some friends of mine concerning a Swat Team Costume one Halloween night they spent in Kentucky a few years back. The local sheriff had been hassling the boys of them playing their music a bit too loud on occasions and my buddies thought it would be sensible to hold a lowkey Halloween party to keep on the right side of the sheriff and his men. Trouble is, one of the guests decided to dress in a Swat Team Costume and come to the party in the full get up. The local sheriff and his boys swung past the house to check everything was in order when they saw this guest through the open window upstairs. He was brandishing an umbrella as a mock up of a gun and was reading another guest his memoranda rights. Local sheriff leapt out of his car and raced up to the front door demanding to know what was going on, The guest got a police caution and my buddies have never thrown another Halloween party in that house, and swear to this day they are never going to again.
